Per our hearing screening device use contracts, please pay $10 per baby screened in the calendar year.
On the “add” item, select “1” to make your total payment. Enter your total amount in the blank price field below next to “add a donation.”
Hearing screening device payments can be made any time throughout the year but are due in January annually.
You’ll receive a receipt of your payment from Zeffy.
Optional additional donation toward the hearing screening program is always available. Please make a separate “purchase” in order to do so. In the questions regarding number of babies screened and for what calendar year, please note “additional donation to the hearing screener program, not payment for screens.”
