To renew your current membership to the guild, please complete the membership application below along with annual membership dues. Students, midwives in their 1st year of practice, non-practicing midwives and retired midwives are asked to pay dues at the sliding scale of $35-100 and practicing professionals are asked to pay dues at the sliding scale of $75-500. The Guild suggests 1–2% of a practice income as your dues to your professional organization. Dues must be sent each year to the Guild treasurer by January 1st.
WGOM offers a membership fee waiver for people who self-identify as being from a historically disenfranchised population or group or for those having a significant financial need and for whom the sliding scale fee would constitute a barrier to joining the Guild. Current BOD members are gifted waived membership dues.

Enrollment for membership is open the entire year with renewal in January of each year. *With the digital form below, you’ll have the option to enroll in automatically yearly renewal, which will occur January 1st of each year. For any member with a waived fee, automatic annual renewal is not an option at this time. Please be sure to renew with us next year.
If you recently applied for initial membership to the WGOM during October-December, your membership is current through the following calendar year with renewal due the next January 1st. If you opt for automatic yearly membership renewal, it will be processed then (i.e. apply November 2024, membership current through 2025, renewal due or auto processed January 1, 2026).
If you opt for automatic yearly membership renewal – thank you! Your payment for membership dues will be processed on January 1st of each year. 30 days prior, you’ll receive a reminder email that your credit card will be processed.
